This test try to open a few browser dialog boxes, such as the privacy settings and the "organize favorites" dialog.
This test uses a function that is implemented only in Internet Explorer and
other browsers built on the Windows browser engine. Therefore, browsers such as
Netscape, Mozilla, Opera and Safari will pass this test even
if the pop-up blocker is disabled.
